There were no Division 1 winners in last night’s Oz Lotto draw (formerly know as ‘Oz7 Lotto’); but congratulations to the 13 people around the country who won just under $28,000 for second division! Golden Casket announced that the jackpot prize pool will be an estimated $50,000,000.00 for next Tuesday’s draw on 01/05/2012.

Launch of Staff iPhone App
Nextra Chermside Newsagency continually strives to lead the Australian Newsagency industry with its innovative use of cutting-edge technology; thus, we are proud to announce the launch of our new application for the iPhone and other mobile devices!
Designed exclusively for Nextra Chermside Newsagency, this tool allows staff to gain quick access to their secure Staff Zone while they’re on-the-go.
The application’s primary goal is to increase the accessibility of the electronic staff roster and decrease the amount of time required to view it. Initial tests have indicated that it takes less than five seconds* for a user to open the app and load their work roster for the current or upcoming week.
The Management Team at Nextra Chermside Newsagency realised that a smartphone application would reinforce the importance of communication and enhance the sharing of information in the workplace. These key principles have been of paramount focus, especially since the revamp of Nextra Chermside Newsagency’s online Staff Zone.
The secure Staff Zone provides our employees with 24-hour access to company information (including memos, reminders and work rosters) from any web-connected device. It is expected that more features of the Staff Zone will be integrated with the smartphone app in the future.
